Machine Features

Band saw arm made of profiled ductile iron secures rigidity during operation and absorbs all types of vibrations. Three speeds of the band adjustable by a belt drive. Swivel vice secures material cutting at 0–45 Degree angles. Appropriate band tilt provided by a set of roller bearings. Straight cut ensured by a set of bearings guiding the band. Cast iron worktable with a vice for clamping material and to which the machine arm is fixed, directly influences the stability of the machine. Electrical installation meets all CE requirements. The machine has a limit switch stopping it after the cutting process is finished, a safety button consistent with IP54. The machine is by default equipped with a quick-clamping vice and a length stop. Detachable base and the possibility of vertical cutting make it a portable and smart choice for construction, assembly work and workshops.
